• Write down your desires or goals on a piece of parchment and place it under the candle.
• Light the Energy Healing Candle and focus on your intentions as the flame burns.
• Allow the soothing aroma to fill the air, creating a positive atmosphere as it works to heal your energy.
• You can reuse the same parchment paper for multiple uses.
• Remove any crystals or magical items from the candle before igniting the wick, and place them near the candle. (Note: If any items such as crystals or herbs do not come out on their own, let the candle burn for about 15 minutes, extinguish the flame, and use tongs to safely remove any remaining items.)
